My purchased item is damaged, what should I do ?

We are sorry to hear that your item is damaged, please contact us at shopspnow@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will look into the problem and come back to you with a solution.

 

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping 5-7 business days.

International shipping 10-15 business days. 

 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

 

I've received the wrong item, what happens now?

If you receive a wrong item(s) please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing shopspnow@gmail.com

Please quote your order number, and the item(s) and a picture of the item you received.

 

I've just placed an order, is it still possible to modify or cancel my order ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel an order because we process your order as soon as we receive it. You can, of course, return your order within 3 business days without any damages and obtain a refund.

 

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

For orders outside of the EU customs might apply. We do not cover these costs and can not predict how high the cost might be.
